S P I C E
SPICE is a 10-week fitness and nutrition program in which you meet with a certified trainer four times (weeks one, four, eight & 10). You'll be guided through a safe and effective program, and taught the basics of resistance training, cardio training, and nutrition - all for only $29.

High energy, choreographed moves for the step fanatic.

Extreme Body
Cardiovascular and weight training combined to give a quick, intense full-body workout.

Interval Training
Easy-to-follow combined cardiovascular and strength workout.

Beginner Aerobics
Very easy-to-follow instruction for the person who's new to aerobics.

Cardio Step-n-Abs
Extreme fat burning, easy-to-follow instruction.

Pilates
Floor exercises for abdominal strength and overall flexibility.

Sweat
High impact, easy-to-follow cardiovascular workout.

Yoga
Total body workout for balance, flexibility, and strength. Learn new skills. (Chairs available)

Bootie Camp
Get one or lose one with light cardio workout.

Kick It! Pump It!
One hour of challenging muscle-building, incorporating weights, bands, and steps with kickboxing moves.

Low Impact
Great for anyone just starting out, older adults, rehabilitation. Gives you strength, flexibility, and burns fat.

Intermediate Step
Easy-to-follow step combinations for the new person.
